We love children's books! They are such a great source of inspiration and always full of beautiful illustrations from crazy talented illustrators. So this week we are featuring two of our favourites!
First off, we have 'City Atlas' illustrated by Martin Haake and written by Georgia Cherry.
This book is chock-a-block with amazing imagery ranging from pizza eating crocodiles to a skateboarding Henry VIII. Get lost in every city around the world just by turning the page.
And secondly 'Rapido' by Joelle Jolivet and Jean-Luc Fromental. This Interactive book takes you on a journey around the city with a delivery man and his van. We love the bold and graphic style throughout and you can even see what is going on behind closed doors, for all you nosey neighbours out there!
They may be hard to spot but tiny people prints are everywhere you look. We can't get enough of these cool micro prints - a nice update to the conversational print.
Happy Monday everyone! Today we have a round up of some of our favourite stores in Paris that we visited back in July. There were so many lovely shops but below are our top 3!
First off is Bonton, a lovely French brand with a few stores around Paris. We visited their flagship store Filles du Calvaire. Full of colourful, fun products for kids & babies, beautiful displays and even a hairdresser! Super inspiring store, it's definitely worth a visit.
5 Boulevard des Filles du Calvaire, 75003, Paris
We also visited Smallables' amazing new concept store full to the brim with amazing brands. A fun atmosphere has been created in a natural and modern space. There is so much to look at we could have spent hours there. Make sure Smallable is top of your list if you're in Paris.
81 Rue du Cherche-Midi, 75006 Paris
Womb (World of my Baby) is a cool lifestyle hub for the modern parent across three floors. It is a beautifully thought out space with some fab kids decor inspiration. Another top find!
93 Réaumur Street, 75002 Paris
Back at the beginning of July we visited Playtime Paris, which is a great trade show full of amazing kids and baby brands. Here are a few of our favourites...
Bravelings started life as a tights company for boys and have since grown to cover girls and other accessories too. We particularly loved their new range of girls tights with quirky, playful designs.
Amsterdam-based Donsje (Dutch for "fluffy") had the most gorgeous collection of children's shoes and accessories. Our favourites were their little lion booties and matching purse. They also won the Milk magazine X Playtime award for shoes - great work guys!
And last but not least, our absolute favourites Hugo loves Tiki who are so on trend with their gorgeous fruit print. Bold and simple, their prints work for girls and boys of all ages.
Summer is finally here in the UK and we are busy drawing bears in jumpers for Printsource in a couple of weeks. Stop by and see our new AW17 collection - look forward to seeing you there!

Here is another of our flash trends to brighten up your Monday morning. From the humble burger to the delicious doughnut, junk food is on everything!
This week we recommend you go and see the Jeff Koons exhibition at The Newport Street Gallery. It's super fun and shiny!
Feel like a kid again surrounded by oversized objects and re-imaginings of childhood toys. It's great for colour, texture and inspiration.
Newport Street Gallery, is the new gallery from Damien Hirst. It's a beautiful space and we can't wait to visit again soon.
The exhibition is free and runs until October 16th 2016.
This week we love Nor-Folk, a new and exciting lifestyle brand out of Norwich. Their minimalist kidswear designs are spot on for the upcoming AW trend.
The simplicity of their graphics work alongside the new rise in gender neutral apparel.
